1. Returns

Returns will be considered upto 7 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please head to our Returns/Exchange Portal for further details.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchange but you can initiate a reverse pick-up for your order and place another order in your preferred size. Once the items reach our facility and have passed quality check, the refund will be initiated.

- If you receive a faulty, damaged, missing item, please raise a query with unpacking videos immediately withing 24 hours of delivery as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact support@hashanddash.co.in for assistance.

The only rules you should obey (or risk ruining your T-shirt!)

1. Wash your t-shirts inside out.

2. Cold wash is ideal, of course.

3. Natural drying is where it’s at.

4. Iron inside-out on the lowest possible setting.

And your dashing apparels will look brand new every time you wear them.

We do not charge any shipping fee to our customers. Our standard shipping time is 4-8 business days for domestic shipping.

We highly recommend checking the size guide before placing an order. The size guide is available on every product page for your reference.

We suggest to up one size from your regular fit for a baggy feel, but if you want a regular fit choose one size down.

Yes we do provide COD options.
